First Appointment for Your Ceremony
At your first appointment, you will receive a file of sample introductory paragraphs, vows, readings and complete ceremonies to help you create your own individual wedding ceremony. We will also complete the necessary legal documentation.

Rehearsal
Couples are encouraged to have a rehearsal of the ceremony before the wedding at the celebrant’s home office. Rehearsals at the venue may incur a further cost.

Fees
My basic fee for weddings is $400.00. This covers all appointments as well as the ceremony itself. It includes a commemorative copy of your ceremony. Should you have children or children in the bridal party I am happy to make out certificates to include them in the ceremony. $200.00 of this fee is payable as a non-refundable deposit at the first appointment. The balance is required to be paid in full at least 2 WEEKS prior to the wedding date.  

Legal Requirements
Click here to download the “Notice of Intended Marriage” form which must be completed and lodged at least one calendar month and one day prior to the marriage taking place, but no earlier than eighteen months before your wedding day. As a requirement of law, you must provide the necessary personal documents to your celebrant - usually on the first appointment.

Two people over the legal age of 18 are required to act as Official Witnesses to your marriage.

The Ceremony
The wedding ceremony itself usually takes between 20 and 30 minutes from the Bride's arrival time to the presentation of the Bridal Certificate and the guests' congratulations to the newly married couple. The ceremony length depends upon what is chosen or written for inclusion by each couple.
